Welcome to the Peyote 51 Home page
A space to share 40+ years of love for Peyote Cacti, Lophophora Williamsii, the slowest growing of all the Cacti.
Browse some of my personal peyote collection and the cactus I have for sale, a chance for you to buy peyote for the conservation of this beautiful species. My Cacti have been slow grown, mimicking the growth rate in their natural environment (approximately 2mm or 0.07 inches per year), not forced and swollen with water and fertilisers, just natural life force . You can see from the roots of my plants, that they are in proportion to the top, as they are in the wild. Typically a 25 year old plant should measure about 5cm or 1.9 inches, if grown correctly.
Peyote youngsters cleaned off and ready for potting up.
